Who says that you need lots of time to prepare healthy recipes? Here is an idea for a super quick and very healthy snack, with only 2 ingredients mixed together and cooked in the oven. But soooo good and, besides, ready in a few minutes!
So basically you just need:
- about 60 grams of oatmeal
- 1 large banana
Slice the banana, put it in a bowl and smash it. Then add oatmeal, stir well.
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, to which I would recommend to spray some olive oil to avoid sticking, create small nuggets with the aid of a spoon and bake at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Ready!
These bites are already very good in the basic version, but the possibilities to add some flavour are endless; for example I added a tablespoon of honey, a pinch of stevia for extra calorie-free sweetness, and some chopped walnuts, but the recipe can be easily “personalized”, for example you might add:
- chocolate flakes
- chia seeds
- vanilla extract
- chopped almonds
